Brian Cates opened Andy’s Frozen Custard in New Market Square in west Wichita and was looking for a new location on the northeast side of town. There were many developmental issues that Andy’s needed to overcome before they could open at 21stand Webb Road. Due to the complexities of this site, Cates contacted ICT Capital.
